The LAMP5-AS1-DOT1L-LAMP5 axis suppresses autophagy and maintains MLL fusion protein. (a) The resulting decline in MLL-AF9 levels by knocking down either LAMP5-AS1 was reversed upon treatment with the autophagy inhibitor bafilomycin A1 (25 nM, 12 h). MLL-AF9, LC3B-II, and LAMP5 were assayed by western blotting, and beta-tubulin as a loading control. The MLL-AF9, LC3B-II, or LAMP5 /Tubulin densitometric ratio were recorded by ImageJ.
